Studios next to Promenade des Anglais with parking and pool is situated in Nice, 3 km from MAMAC and only 200 metres from the nearest beach. Allianz Riviera Stadium is 4.4 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.
The air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with a seating area. Some units feature a dining area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchen, equipped with an oven and microwave. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer in each unit. Free private parking is available at the apartment.
Promenade des Anglais also includes a terrace.
Ancient Fort of Mont Boron is 5 km from Studios next to Promenade des Anglais with parking and pool, while Russian Orthodox Cathedral is 1.6 km away. The nearest airport is Nice C?te d'Azur Airport, 5 km from the property.

Please note that luggage storage is possible off site, subject to availability and at an additional cost. Please contact the property for further details. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 根據《鏡報》報導，英國醫師創意改編知名歌劇《悲慘世界》中的〈I Dreamed A Dream〉變成自己的醫學主題歌詞。這位醫生叫康乃爾（Conal Corr），康乃爾將歌名改為「I Bleeped A Bleep」(我嗶嗶叫)。

在這個有趣的影片中，康乃爾展示了他在音樂、醫學方面的才能，24歲的他拍攝這支影片是為了慶祝結束第一年的初級醫生。康乃爾說就是用有趣的方式記錄下第一年工作的危機重重，也是對他第一份工作的告別並記錄下這一年來的轉變。他提到這份工作很容易讓人感到失落感及無助感，「我想，或許用幽默的方式可以幫助人們記得我們可能當下會感到有些失落，但其實我們依然是站在同一陣線的。」

對歌劇有興趣的康乃爾也曾上傳過多個歌唱影片為慈善募款，這些募款已經超過兩千英鎊（約新台幣8萬），並捐給當地的囊狀纖維化、淋巴瘤及白血病慈善機構。他說這些影片的靈感通常是靈光一閃地出現，特別是在他壓力大的時候。

康乃爾說他不敢相信此次影片的觀看次數，在24小時內已經有超過三萬人次的點擊率，並說沒想到這類型的影片會有這麼多觀眾。
越來越多人習慣在Facebook看新聞，藉由親友轉貼與系統推播，許多品質不佳內容，或假訊息四處流竄，華爾街日報日前報導，Facebook即將推出新功能，讓使用者能付費購買專業新聞，預計今年底可能推出。
Facebook內容訂閱功能，訊息可能直接來自華爾街日報、紐約時報、華盛頓郵報、金融時報等，都是正統且專業國際知名媒體，訂閱者能夠得到第一手資料，不需要經由他人轉發，能夠減少假新聞影響風險。
對於新聞平台而言，許多耗費大量成本，產製出優秀訊息，雖然在社群網站上轉載，卻不會有任何經濟效益，再加上eMarketer預估，2017年美國網路廣告營收，Google與Facebook將會拿下60%，因此新聞媒體對於付費內容合作相當感興趣。
據傳，Facebook在2015年曾嘗試訂閱功能，設計許多不同模式，例如限定閱讀字數，讓使用者再轉向內容平台然後訂閱，但Facebook很可能不願意影響使用體驗，放棄訂閱功能，設計即時發布工具，省去連回網頁步驟。
然而Facebook即時發布工具，沒有讓內容產製者得到該有報酬，導致惡性循環發生，再加上假新聞事件層出不窮，因此Facebook再次想到付費訂閱，不但減少廣告加強使用體驗，同時刺激正確且精準內容產出，形成正面循環。
